Gluten-Free Recipes:Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 

Directions:
Melt butter over low heat. Add sugars, peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.
      
Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread over the top. Cool and serve.
